THE IDEA:

You ever hear someone say, "I don't like music?". Very rarely, but if that person is on your team, fire them. Just kidding, of course!

This idea is very simple. Create your own work playlist comprised of your team's favorite music. Every day your team can discover each other's musical tastes.

HOW-TO:

1. Create a channel in Slack or Teams called #music. Have your team submit their favorite songs. If you don't have something similar to Slack or Teams, have your team submit their choices through email.
2. Compile the songs into a Spotify playlist.
3. Use an app like OfficeDJ to play the music in your Slack channel.
4. Play a new song from the playlist every day, and let your team know who suggested the song!
