What If? Days

THE IDEA:

What If everyone on your team could have an opportunity to propose the craziest and most ambitious ideas to your company? From talking with leaders in companies, we learned that one of their biggest fears is members of their team being able to express themselves. This idea allows the shyest of your team to share their ideas anonymously and confidently.

HOW-TO:

  1. You can do this once a month, or however often you want. But pick a set schedule of when your team will have your What If? days.
  2. Set up a system where your team can submit their thoughts anonymously. An easy way to do this is to use Google Forms.
  3. Some members of your team might still be hesitant to go all out with their thoughts. Make sure that before asking your team to participate, you explain to them why you are doing this and how much their opinions are valued.
  4. Once all the answers are submitted, have a Zoom call where you read off the answers and discuss them with your team. Being enthusiastic about all ideas will encourage your team greatly!
