The superman is a no-equipment excercise that is great for your lower back. To do this excercise, all you need to do is lie down on your stomach and extend your arms and legs. Make sure your arms and legs are straight and above the ground. Your body should from a "U" shape. Hold for aboput 5 seconds and repeat.
This is a classic that many people tend to avoid because it burns your abs. But it is also a great excercise for your lower back. For the plank, you want to get your back as horizontal as possible. Your forearms and toes are on the floor, with your elbows under your shoulders. Hold this position first for about 30 seconds, and then slowly work your way up.
3. Side Plank
